BLUE CORN GORDITAS WITH CARNITAS
hand-pressed blue corn masa pockets stuffed with slow-braised carnitas and finished with fresh salad and crema

TAQUITOS DE POLLO
pulled free range chicken, sweet potatoes, crema, queso fresco, tomatillo salsa

EMPANADA DE PICADILLO
crispy golden empanadas filled with savory ground beef, cheese, and warm spices, served with chipotle sauce

SECOND COURSE

CARNE EN SU JUGO
beef asada, bacon, borracho beans, tomatillos, cilantro chimichurri 

POLLO RANCHERO
grilled chicken breast, salsa ranchero, pepper jack cheese, avocado, pico de gallo, crema, Spanish rice & fiesta salad

POZOLE VERDE CON POLLO
vibrant green hominy stew simmered with shredded chicken, tomatillo, cilantro, and roasted chiles, topped with classic pozole garnishes 

SALMON ZARANDEADO
grilled salmon, (2) camarones alambres, salsa suiza, pico de gallo, Spanish rice and borracho bean  

MOLE SHORT RIB +$4
slow roasted short ribs, mole negro, Spanish rice, pico de gallo

CARAMEL COOKIES 

ABUELA BREAD PUDDING WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM
warm, comforting Mexican bread pudding infused with cinnamon and vanilla, served with a silky caramel sauce
