FIRST COURSE

Tamal de Guanajuato
Masa wrapper filled with Flor de Calabaza, fresco cheese, in corn husks

Altar de Agave
Astral Blanco, mandarin, lime, finished with sparkling 

SECOND COURSE

Mole amarillo
Yellow chile with charred tomatoes, beef brisket infused with clove, cinnamon, oregano, acuyo, and vegetables from local farmers

Don Julio Alma Miel
A cristalino tequila with reposado and a touch of wild honey, sweet, mellow, and smooth notes

THIRD COURSE

Pozole Uruapan
Bright green Mexican Stew. made with tender chicken, plump hominy, and green sauce. 

Margarita Catrina
Astral reposado, hibiscus syrup, fresh lime, and a hint of orange liqueur

FOURTH COURSE

Purple Gorditas rellenas de chile verde
Stuffed pockets of purple corn dough filled with borracho beans, cheese, marinated pork in salsa verde

Deep caramel, vanilla, and oak notes

Rich Mexican pudding, with a velvety texture with campo fruits and Vanilla Gelato. omemade Vanilla gelato and Mexican Hot Chocolate
